February at Wynne Primary School is filled with important events and activities for students and families. The month includes several early dismissal days on February 4, 11, 18, and 25 (1:45 p.m. car riders / 2:00 p.m. bus riders). Highlights include the Kindergarten Penguin Olympics on February 6, the County Spelling Bee on February 11, Valentine’s Day classroom parties on February 12, and Presidents’ Day on February 15. Progress reports will be sent home on February 17, followed by Farm to You programs on February 18 and WPS Family Night on February 19 from 5:30–6:30 p.m. Snow make-up days are scheduled for March 17–20 and June 1, with March 17 serving as a regular attendance day and early release at 2:00 p.m. for Parent-Teacher Conferences.
