February News at Wynne Primary School focuses on encouraging a love of reading with a month-long at-home reading initiative. Students are asked to read nightly throughout February and have their reading logs signed by a parent. Progress reports will be sent home on February 17, marking the halfway point of the third nine weeks. Families are also invited to attend Yellow Jacket Showcase Night on February 19 from 5:30–6:30 p.m. in the WPS cafeteria for an evening of learning, activities, and information about the ATLAS test and student scores.
