FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Wynne High School Campus Closure: Demolition Project Requires Campus Lockdown and Restrictions for ALL Unauthorized Personnel
WYNNE, AR - April 4, 2023 - Due to the upcoming demolition project, the Wynne High School campus will be closed and off-limits to all unauthorized personnel after 7 PM tonight, April 4, 2023. In order to ensure the safety and security of the demolition work and personnel involved, the campus will be on lockdown and under the supervision of the National Guard.
It is imperative that no one is allowed on the campus after 7 PM tonight for their own safety and to avoid any disruptions to the demolition process. Any unauthorized persons found on the Wynne High School campus after 7 PM will be subject to arrest as per the directives of the National Guard.
It is crucial that all community members adhere to this closure and refrain from attempting to access the campus during the designated time period.
The campus closure and lockdown will remain in effect until further notice. Once the demolition project is completed and the campus is deemed safe for access, the community will be notified.
The Wynne School District would like to thank the community for their cooperation in ensuring the safety and security of our campus during this difficult time.
