• Please remember to always keep a change of clothes in your child’s backpack for emergency spills or accidents.

• Notify your school nurse with any new medical conditions.

• Notify your school nurse if your child is wearing a splint, brace, or requires crutches.

• Please keep your phone numbers updated so that you can be reached in case of an emergency.
