Important Safety Announcement: Traffic and Parking Procedures at Wynne High School Temporary Campus

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we begin our time on our new temporary campus, we must emphasize that adherence to traffic and parking procedures is not optional but a critical necessity. The last thing we want is to witness a preventable accident that could jeopardize the well-being of our students or staff. Their safety is a responsibility we all share. Therefore, we urge you to follow the traffic and parking procedures diligently and without exception. Our temporary campus presents unique challenges. We need every parent, guardian, and visitor to be vigilant and considerate. Let us be clear: we do not want to witness an accident that could have been avoided by following the rules.

The areas of primary concern involve entering and exiting the campus off Falls Blvd. and pick-up/drop-off traffic. Please remember:

1. Falls Blvd. is designated as RIGHT TURN ONLY for entry and exit from the Wynne High School temporary campus. This rule is in place to ensure a smooth traffic flow and minimize congestion. Disregarding this rule disrupts the traffic pattern and poses a serious risk to everyone on the road.

2. Please follow the appropriate pattern through the pick-up/drop-off area. This campus area is of great concern as it sees high student foot traffic during these times. Please adhere to appropriate speeds and drive with caution while navigating this area.

We ask that you familiarize yourself and others who may transport your students with our detailed traffic map and policy released on September 5. You will find it on our website and social media pages.

Traffic and parking procedures are in place to safeguard student and staff well-being. We expect all parents, guardians, and visitors to Wynne High School's temporary campus to follow these guidelines without exception. We implore you to take this matter seriously and discuss these procedures with anyone who drops off or picks up students.

We must ensure that our children can focus on their education without concerns for their safety during their daily commute to and from school.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
