Due to a malfunctioning head, the fire alarm at Wynne High School accidentally
went off today at approximately 11:40 AM. There was no threat to any students
or staff at any time.
The fire department responded to the alarm and quickly determined there was no
fire. The alarm was reset, and students and staff returned to their classrooms.
Technicians are currently en route to the high school to address the underlying
issue.
The Wynne School District would like to thank the Wynne Fire Department for
their quick response, and our students and staff for their cooperation.
