School-Based Mental Health Services In Wynne Public Schools

RFP: SBMH2024

The Wynne School District is requesting proposals for School-Based Mental Health Services. The District received a Project SERV grant to provide mental health services to students in the Wynne School District affected by the devastation from the March 31, 2023, tornado. We seek to expand school-based services, which will not impact our current partnership with any agency with which the Wynne School District currently has an existing relationship. Services are projected to begin on January 23, 2024.

Minimum Qualifications for organizations to be considered include:

  • Minimum of 2 qualified mental health providers over a period of 12 months.
  • 1500 hours of mental health services over a period of 12 months.

Requests for proposals (RFP): the proposal shall be submitted in a sealed format and received in the Wynne School District Administration Office at the address below no later than 4:00 PM, Monday, January 8, 2024. Except for the list of individuals or firms submitting bids in response to this RFP, details about each submitted proposal will not be available for public review until after a contract has been awarded or all proposals have been rejected.

Submit two copies of the proposal to Mrs. Glenda Vance in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal for School-Based Mental Health Services."

Submittals shall be mailed or delivered to:
